Paid DMs that go unanswered for 72 hours are automatically refunded to the fan's wallet. For other issues, refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours.

What is eligible

• Unanswered paid DMs (auto-refund after 72h)
• Duplicate charges
• Technical errors that prevented service delivery
